Grandparents' Day

Someone just informed me that this is Grandparents' Day. That means, then, that I can post pics of our grandchildren without people thinking we're bragging, right? I mean, posting with impunity. What a great idea! I think they should do this more often.

So, without further delay, here are some of my favorite pics of the grandkids. The first will turn 18 this November! The first six are the children of our oldest son and his wife. The last pic is of the new baby born August 27 in Indiana, to our younger daughter and her husband.

  1. Oh, I just love these pix!! Beautiful children, for sure! I went to the cardshop to buy a couple of grandparents' day cards so my kids would have something to give them today while we were all together and the cardshop wasn't even selling them...it wasn't an "official hallmark" store, but they do carry Hallmark...I was so disappointed!

Anyway, Happy Grandparents' Day without the card (probably bc most grandkids would send their grandparents e-cards these days, lol!)

  4. P.S. Happy Grandparents Day! I went to the girls' school and took pictures of all the kiddies with their grandparents. I think there were 78 pictures after I sorted and tweaked them all!

  5. Oh, how wonderful to get to "meet" the grandkids! Except that you can't possibly be old enough to have a nearly 18-year-old granddaughter!!!

  6. SIX! You are truly blessed and they're beautiful children.

p.s. Grandparents have unconditional bragging rights so post as often as you like.
