April Fools

There's something about the art of Banksy that seems like an April Fool's joke. It is so much fun! I had never heard of him until J_on_Tour wrote his post on an exhibition of Banksy art in Bristol.

One of my favorites is Banksy's take on The Gleaners by Millet:

Be sure to go to J_on-Tour's blog and read the post, 'Banksy versus Bristol Museum.'  J has some great photographs of the clever Banksy art! And while you're there, check out his other posts. You can always count on J_on_Tour to have interesting posts of various places in Britain with lots of accompanying photographs.

Happy April Fool's Day!

Have a great weekend, everyone!

  8. How very interesting...... Not sure if I like his art, but the one you posted is funny.

It is definatly an April fools day. 52 degrees and sunny yesterday, today snow flurries and cold. Cruel. Ah well, that is a Wisconsin spring!
