Matthew Crawley and Lady Mary

Okay, Downton fans, are you ready? Season Three of Downton Abbey begins next Sunday night. I have no idea why we have to wait several months after the series is aired in the UK, but maybe it's just as well. At least here in NW Wisconsin, it gives us something fun to watch during the longest, coldest months of the year. (Don't get technical on me. Those of us who live in this climate know that February is also one of the longest months of the year.)
The series will resume just as I've planned to start a winter knitting project. Since I've not yet learned to knit well and watch TV at the same time, we'll see what happens. I'm definitely not skipping Downton for a sweater.
Just in time for Season Three of Downton Abbey, we've introduced two new Downton Abbey - inspired handcrafted, vegan soaps: 'Lady Mary' and 'Oh, Matthew!' Currently, they are only available at our Etsy store, and these are limited edition soaps, so be sure to check them out as soon as possible. And, be sure to let your Downton Abbey-loving friends know about them too! Or better yet, maybe you can surprise them with a gift of a Lady Mary/Oh, Matthew! set.

have you understood why UK get Downton Abbey before the USA? i'm ready. i was just catching up on the past seasons. fun to watch them again. so enjoyable. ( :
Oh the shame of it.
I don't watch Downton Abbey!!!
I am SO excited! I rushed outside to tell my hubby that the new season starts Sunday! He's working in the garage! We are watching season 1 right now...again on DVD. We love every one of the shows. Off to see your new soaps! Happy New Year!
I just started watching Downton Abbey on Hulu in preparation of the new season on January 6th. Silly me, I didn't know what I was missing.
Happy New Year
i have several blogger friends in UK and in Sweden and Ireland and they say they can't see our series until they are done here... no idea why though, a lot of them love NCIS and have to wait
My husband and I adore Downton Abbey. Can't wait for the new season!
Thanks for the heads-up! My husband and I are planning to watch this season as the TV series, not just on DVD as we watched the others. It will be the first TV series we've watched in 20+ years, not having had cable etc. Fun!
I am very angry with Downton Abbey following the Christmas special...you'll have to wait til summer to see it though :D xx
I am bursting. My daughter and I have been watching all the old episodes and can't wait. I think we will make it a little party.
It's one of my favorites.
TV inspired soaps. How creative. My husband got hooked on Downton Abbey this fall. He'll be glad to know it's starting again.
Fun idea! We just watched the last rerun yesterday. Happy New Year, Judy; blessings to you and yours.
We LOVE Downton Abbey. Tony has even watched last season again and he never cares to watch a show the second time. We can't wait until the new season starts. I must get Lady Mary and Oh, Matthew immediately! I realized last night while watching the last episode that the scenes, lighting and colors are very much like I want my photography to look. An inspiration in so many ways. Life of the beautiful people. Happy New Year to you and yours.
BTW, the soaps i bought earlier were a hit with all the lucky recipients.
We wanted to see the Downton Abbey Christmas special, but couldn't find it anywhere. Can't wait for Sunday night's Season Three to start! Wishing you and yours a blessed, safe, healthy and happy new year!
You WILL completely and totally enjoy DA this season!! I've seen the whole series and you better buckle up your seatbelts!! Too Much Fun!!
Happy New Year my friend! I still haven't watched the 3rd Season, looking forward to it though.
Hugs,
Eva
Deanie never misses an episode and, while she was here for Christmas, she got DoodleBug hooked. I tried it a couple of times but it just never stuck with me. I think it has something to do with never having any time or energy now that I'm teaching again. Maybe this would be a good summer project---watching tv instead of household related ones. LOL
I have no idea what you are talking about - I better look it up.
To a wonderful new year - 2013! sandie♥
Bet those soaps smell super delicious!! Have a wonderful New Year!!
I can't WAIT for DA to begin! I've wondered if I should watch seasons 1 and 2 again before starting 3, but I think I'll wait until they're all finished and watch all the seasons through at one time. Great soap idea!
How fun...naming your soaps after Lady Mary and Matthew.
Have a blessed 2013.
I was just wondering when it was going to air again! Thanks for letting us all know. Sister and I finished the second season in November.
Happy New year to you.
Enjoy Downton Abbey; I think your soaps a a wonderful idea.
I can't wait!!
This is just marvelously creative! I love it that we're both doing posts around Downton Abbey! Love it! I do appreciate you sharing with A Return to Loveliness,
Kathy
