Newest feeder
I caught this little guy at the bird feeder after I'd set out the pomegranate [I found at the back of my refrigerator.] I can't believe I lost that pomegranate, but at least someone's getting to enjoy it. I've complained about this before, but I need a refrigerator that's 1' deep and 6' wide. Why oh why can't engineers come up with something like that??
Now that my kids are grown and I'm no longer homeschooling, I can no longer use the line, 'Oh, the fuzzy thing at the back of our refrigerator? That's a science experiment!'
And here he is, using his tail like a little tent to protect him from the falling snow. Cute, huh! He better get ready for the blizzard-like conditions we're expecting this afternoon!
I can almost forget he's a lot like a furry rat.

ReplyDeleteI hope you don't get too much snow. And we have those darn furry rats in our attic!! They are so smart. sandie
ReplyDeleteThe wind is blowing and the snow flakes are falling here in the south eastern corner of Wisconsin. When will the snow melt and the sun shine in Wisconsin.
ReplyDeleteOh, he's so sweet! I can't believe you're still having snow!
ReplyDeleteWe missed the blizzard here in SW MN but the wind sure did blow. I think it was the coldest day we've had all winter. Where is spring?
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute little guy! I am hoping we get a little more snow, I would like to hit the slopes one more time this season.
ReplyDeleteStay warm and cozy!! xo Heather
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute little critter...Even if he is often an acrobatic bully at the bird feeder. It's amazing to watch squirrels and see how resourceful they are at getting to the bird feeder.
ReplyDeleteStay warm and keep looking for Spring, my friend. We have had snowflakes over the past few days but nothing that sticks.
Blessings to you, my friend.

Morning Friend
ReplyDeleteWe also got some snow yesterday.
Love your sweet visitor photos.
What a wonderful treat for him.
Keep warm and woolie :)
ooh he does look very cute. Great idea for the fridge!
ReplyDeletePoor little squirrel!! It's cold out there!!
ReplyDeletei agree, that is the size fridge i want to... makes me so mad when I save a serving of something that is really good and think I will eat it for lunch and the small container goes to the back and i find it when it is dead.
ReplyDeleteWhat a good sweet treat on a cold day I bet that squirrel was so happy to get it!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lucky little guy, he probably love his treat. Stay warm.

So cute! And so depressing that we're still getting snow even though April is just around the corner. I see you live in Wisconsin. I lived there for 21 years. Just moved last year. Northern Wisconsin is especially beautiful. Now following you on Bloglovin. Have a great day!

He is a cute little guy! We have sun today, but it's windy and cold. Suppose to get rain or snow on the first day of Spring, but I sure can't complain after seeing all that snow you have. :D
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie ^_^ - it looks pretty cold there though. Stay warm. Hugs x
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie :) Thanks for sharing your post on The Creative HomeAcre Hop! Happy Easter!

Wonderful close up shots, the second one is a gem. Getting close and personal with any animal like this despite being awesome makes us forget what they are capable of doing. Hope the temperatures are starting to pick up as I'm a late arrival to this post.
