Field of Dreams

One of my very favorite handcrafted soaps is my 'Field of Dreams - Lavender.' I love raising the oh-so-fragrant lavender, even though it's tricky to winter it over in the house. It's hard to walk past that plant without pulling off a couple leaves and rubbing them between my fingers to release that great burst of fragrance.

Lavender is such a popular fragrance that we've made more lavender soap than any other. Made with all-natural base oils, essential oils, and botanicals (yes, lavender from our own garden, -or from the pot on our deck-  dried and crushed), Field of Dreams Lavender is an all-time favorite. Close your eyes and you can imagine that you're standing amidst the huge lavender fields of England.

Ingredients: Coconut oil, Olive oil, Palm oil, Soybean oil, Essential oils, All-natural botanicals, Distilled water, Sodium hydroxide

    Ladies: I live by her "store" and I am here to tell you they are WONDERFUL! She does a wonderful job with them and they truly smell whatever the name is that she gives them. Worth ordering at least one and I promise, you will order more. They are very nice!

    I have a "thing" for handmade soaps. Lavender is a particular favorite! Fortunately for me - and unfortunately for you :) - my friend Lori bought me a year's worth of seasonal-scented soaps for Christmas last year, knowing my weakness. What a TREAT. You are blessed to be able to make and enjoy your own! There's no scent quite as relaxing as lavender...

    I love Field of Dreams...it's the soap I use the most from the sample pack I bought! I love them all, but I just have a thing for lavendar, mmmMmmm!

    Hello,
    Just found your blog through another blog. I really enjoyed looking over your soaps. This is one thing I have always wanted to learn how to make. However, I don't have time to breathe right now with 4 kids with school & sports. Hopefully this is something in my future.
