ReplyDeleteAre fragrance oils the same as essential oils, or are they chemically-based?
Essential oils are used in most of the soaps where an essential oil can be obtained. Fragrance oils are often blended from essential oils, but because they are not guaranteed to be 100% essential oil they are called fragrance oils. We use only cosmetic grade fragrance oils.
