Rusty Stuff and Wisconsin Barns

Running Board

I would have had this blog post up sooner, but I was distracted by the fun goings on at Donna's Cottage Days & Journeys blog today. Go see for yourself. Don't weep, Android users. Surely soon they'll come up with stunning apps for us as well. Right? And iPhone users, please don't gloat.

Thank you, friends, for your prayers on behalf of Noah and his parents. I will update you when I have new information.

It looks like a beautiful summer day here in Wisconsin. Right now it's 56 degrees and sunny. It feels warmer than that.

  4. You might want to sit down for this but, I'm not as jealous of your summer weather today. Our high this morning was 71 and there is this marvelous sea breeze blowing and it is nearly delightful out there. I took my book and Tucker out in the back yard and read while he chased squirrels. He's still out there!

  6. Love the picture of the barn....I somehow missed your previous post! Soo sorry to hear of this trouble and I have already lifted him and their family to the throne of our mighty God. How overwhelming and scary this must be. And yet, sounds like the Lord is busy at work and intends to use it for His glory praise God. I'll be watching for updates. Enjoy your day!

  20. I always look forward to your "rusty" photos. Beautiful barn too!

    I'm so sorry about the availability of the Frax app. I will be posting mini-reviews of apps that I have tried and really liked, and I try to remember to check with there is a version for Android users. Darn it all! Perhaps you can consider an Apple device in the future. I tell you, once you get one, there is never any going back. Thank you for the plug for my blog, by the way! {{{hugs}}}

    Prayers continuing for Noah and his family.

  32. Now there's a running board I won't be stepping on. =D
    We seem to have a number of family vehicles with those kind of running boards. I need a stepladder to climb in. Your corner is so picturesque!
