Happy St. Patrick's day to you too! :) I actually want it to get colder again (can you believe that?) Because if it freezes again at night and only get's in the 40's-50's during the day it's MAPLE SYRUP HEAVEN! And we are making Maple syrup this year. If you ever get the chance to see a maple syrup farm around this time of year (when they are cooking) ask for a little glass of maple sugar tea (which is found in the last pan of the cooker, just before it's syrup!) and then put some milk in it. YUMMMM! (only...don't drink too much...take if from me it can cause sugar headaches after the 3rd glass!)
